Brayer Techniques Class

Well, first of all, WELCOME TO MARCH!!! I cant believe how fast this year seems to be going already!
I had a Brayer Techniques class last night and I think the ladies all enjoyed it.
We did 2 Make-and-Takes, and I also demo'd the reflection technique. I had a couple of Joseph's Coat classes in the past couple of months, so I didn't demo that, but had some cards on display.
This is the first one we made, just using the brayer to cover the versamarked gloss paper with ink.

CS: Almost Amethyst, So Saffron, Gloss Paper, Close to Cocoa
Inks: Old Olive, Chocolate Chip
Stamps: Petal Prints, Terrific Tags
Other: Taupe Grosgrain Ribbon, Hodgepodge, Versamark, Brayer, Tag Punch

This is the same as one I made last month, however, just brighter. We used the brayer to cover the Paisley background stamp (much easier than trying to ink it up using the pad onto the stamp!) and used the Kiss Technique on the background of the butterfly onto the Paisley.

CS: Pixie Pink, Whisper White
Inks: Pixie Pink
Stamps: Paisley, Bold Butterfly
Other: Brayer, White Grosgrain Ribbon (optional)

And this image of the horse and her foal was the one I demo'd for the reflections technique. I'm not happy with the layout of the card, so thats why I didnt choose it as a card to make...

CS: Rose Red, Almost Amethyst, Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Very Vanilla
Inks: Chocolate Chip, Rose Red
Stamps: Bareback
Other: Taupe Grosgrain Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals, Doubel Rectangle Punch, Brayer

Hope you all like these! Any feedback is welcome!

Good job on the brayer. I especially liek the one with the butterfly using the kissing technique.

Thanks Nardi,

That one seems to be especially popular!
