Don't know whether this is really a stupid question and the answer is right before my eyes (LOL), but I was just wondering what the "thumping technique" is. It would be great if you could answer this perhaps silly question either by leaving a cmt on my blog somewhere or just pop me and email when you get the chance- trswift@hotmail.com
