For this week's Technique Tuesday, I am going to do a quick demonstration for the Scratch & Sniff technique.
You will need:
- Card Stock
- Bold Image
- Jelly Crystals
- Clear Embossing Powder
- Versamark
- Ink Pad
- Heat Tool
1. Choose a bold image to use, and what card stock you would like to emboss onto.
2. Mix 1teaspoon of jelly crystals with 1-1/2 teaspoons of clear emboss powder in a small container.
3. Ink the bold image with the versamark, and then onto the ink pad. Stamp straight onto the card stock.
4. Cover the stamped image with the emboss powder / jelly crystals mixture, and press down with your fingers to make sure it is stuck down well.
5. Shake and tap off excess powder, then heat with a heat tool until melted.
6. Assemble card as required
This technique is very easy, and very different! Makes my craft room smell all fruity!
I am also using this card as my entry into 2 challenges - Nerine's layout challenge (http://stampinaddiction.blogspot.com) and also a colour challenge at Tegan's website (http://teganrebecca.blogspot.com). Check out these sites if you are after some inspiration!

Hi Mel,
I love this card. The bright colours look great. Are you using normal jelly crystals or diet?
