As promised, here is the technique which featured on my blog post last wednesday!
Supplies:
Rubbing Alcohol (I used Isocol)
Reinkers
Cotton Balls
Gloss Paper

Step 1:
Pour a good amount of rubbing alcohol onto the cotton ball. Add a few drops of your chosen reinkers (colours all on the same ball).
Step 2:
Pour a good amount of rubbing alcohol onto the cotton ball. Add a few drops of your chosen reinkers (colours all on the same ball).
Step 2: Dab the cotton ball all over the Gloss Paper
Step 3:
Step 3:Wipe the spare cotton ball over the gloss paper to remove any excess ink (sorry about the glare from the flash)
It is such an easy technique, and so versatile! You can mix and match any colours to make a background or a layer for your cards!
